Moreover, the bet is placed on non-primary exports.   The company's list of projects includes unique productions, such as COOL INFINITY, which began assembling and exporting thermos wagons a year ago.   "They are needed for the transportation of perishable products – meat, fruits, vegetables. The isothermal car can maintain the required temperature regime for a long time – about 10 days," says the general director of the company Valentin Kargin.   The uniqueness of this production is that it is the first and only one in the CIS. The release of such cars has been expected for a long time. After all, the existing fleet of railway trucks is outdated and can no longer cope with the modern volume of traffic. Therefore, both in the domestic and foreign markets, our "thermos" have a green light. Today they are bought both in Kazakhstan and in Russia. Every month, North Kazakhstan machine builders are ready to produce about 20 wagons. According to the manufacturers themselves, it was possible to implement and further develop such a high-tech project with the help of state support.   "In 2020, we took out a bank loan in the amount of 500 million tenge, under the insurance coverage of KazakhExport. Investments were spent on the purchase of raw materials and materials for the production of insulated wagons. Now the company is expanding, we plan to purchase equipment, master the production of new products. Therefore, we will turn to them for help more than once," Valentin Kargin shared.   Today, KazakhExport is a key operator for the development of the country's export potential. But as part of the Baiterek holding, another subsidiary is also engaged in supporting exporters.   "An important mission for us is to increase the export potential of Kazakhstan's business. Our subsidiaries, the Development Bank of Kazakhstan and KazakhExport, are focused on solving this problem. Through the DBK for 7 years, the volume of export revenue from 66 implemented investment projects amounted to 4.1 trillion tenge," Director of the Asset Management Department of the Baiterek holding Aliya Murzagalieva informed.   KazakhExport has 18 financial instruments in its arsenal. One of the most popular areas is loan insurance and even accounts receivable. Another domestic enterprise from the Akmola region, Novopek, which produces polymer packaging for any bulk cargo, decided to use this service.   "We used the short-term accounts receivable insurance tool, as we are afraid for the safety and refund of the sold goods with deferred payment. The Russian market is very saturated, and the marginality is not the highest, and we decided not to compete with the price, but to choose a strategy for providing additional service in the form of deferred payment," explained Serik Keruenbayev, Deputy Director for Commerce at Novopek.   In addition to the attractiveness of the terms of payment for goods, the Kazakh enterprise has many other competitive advantages. One of them is a wide range. Here they are engaged in the manufacture of wagon liners, big bags and bags. Only primary polymer raw materials and high-quality foreign additives are used in the production of all products. The container turns out to be strong and durable. All this together led to successful sales in the CIS.   "Now we sell our products not only to Russia and Kazakhstan, but also to Belarus, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Armenia, Ukraine. In the future, we want to master exports to Eastern Europe – Poland, Moldova, Romania," Serik Keruenbayev shares.   The business history of these enterprises shows how important the help of a partner who guarantees commercial security is. It is worth noting that only over the last three years KazakhExport has increased the volume of insurance of exporters by 3.4 times.   "Through this company, last year we provided insurance support to 91 exporters in the amount of more than 134 billion tenge, carried out trade financing for 16.1 billion tenge and pre-export financing for 13.5 billion tenge," Aliya Murzagalieva clarified.   The tandem of business and the state proves its effectiveness: not in words, but in numbers. Last year alone, the amount of export contracts amounted to 588 billion tenge. This trend suggests that it is becoming more realistic and easier to take your place under the sun in the export market.
